higher rates or highest yearly rate may prevail.
All rates are quoted double occupancy and vary within ranges
according to time of season.
A single rate is not available during peak weekends or special events.
All children are welcome at both Motels and there is no charge for children under 12 years old.
Children 14 years & over are welcome in our Luxury Suites.
Extra Person rate is $15 at Motels and $30 in Luxury Suites.
We are happy to provide cots, cribs, & refrigerators in motels
for only $10 extra per day.
State room occupancy tax 5.7% and Williamstown tax 4% are additional.
We adhere to a 2-night minimum only on Saturdays in season,
holidays, and special events.

Traditional Rooms at either Brookside or Pondside offer either one queen, 2 queen, or 2 double beds.
Sweetheart Room at Pondside offers one queen canopy bed & a dual whirlpool bath.
Country King at Brookside offers one king bed and a whirlpool for 1.
Deluxe Country King at Brookside offers one king canopy bed, a dual whirlpool bath, and a flame-view parlor stove.
3 Room Suite at Pondside is alone on the second floor and offers a full kitchen, queen bed in bedroom,queen sofa bed in living room, dual whirlpool bath, a flame-view parlor stove, and a private deck overlooking pond.
Luxury Suites are grand, with antiques & designer decor. king pillow topped bed (some w/canopy),
gas fireplace, refrigerator, dual whirlpool bath, fluffy robes, DVD/CD, and upscale amenities.
